"The file appears to be corrupted"

I'm getting the error in the title when I export the outline and attempt to open it in Word. This means I can't easily share the outline for collaboration. Alternatively, can you just accommodate copying the outline to the clipboard? I'm not sure why I'm not able to either 1) drag to select the desired range in the outline and right click to copy or 2) click a button to copy to clipboard.

Exporting works fine when notes aren't selected. Having the notes in the file is the problem.

@rob I share the map with you https://www.bcisiveonline.com/map/wucfbe/ I export the outline. I'm getting the error when try to open it in Word. It is possible to open this file only with Wordpad. Text in section Notes (at the end of document) is not Unicode. If delete this section and save the document. It can be open with Word now.
